Exhibitors will have access to the site from 6:00am Tuesday 9 May.
all sites MUST be set up by 8:30am.
Exhibitors MUST remain for the duration of the event 9am -3:00pm.

Traffic Management
For those exhibitors with extensive set up, upon arrival please make your way to the loading dock, unload and then park your vehicles in the designated parking area to the rear side of the Pavilion.
Other Exhibitors: Please park your vehicle in the designated parking area, situated to the rear side of the pavilion (refer to venue map) and then make your way to the Pavilion via the loading dock entrance.

NO FOOD, FRUIT, LOLLIES OR DRINKS IN ANY CAPACITY are to be given to students OR TEACHERS as give aways, … NOTHING AT ALL (this is to protect the rubber floor of the Pavilion).
Messy = outdoors
Any demonstrations that are ‘messy’, such as dirt/sand/concrete or any material that can permanently stain must take place outdoors – please advise if you are planning on a messy demonstration ASAP
